We ship nationwide across the contiguous United States, delivering medical supplies and durable medical equipment directly to your home, facility, or clinic.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Some products have specific return rules noted on their product page.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Auto-reorder subscription deliveries follow the same shipping policy as standard orders. Orders over $49 ship free. You will receive tracking information via email before each scheduled delivery. You can adjust, skip, or cancel upcoming deliveries from your account or through the Stripe Customer Portal.
