Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide across the contiguous United States, delivering medical supplies and durable medical equipment directly to your home, facility, or clinic.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.
• Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.
• Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.

Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Some products have specific return rules noted on their product page.

• Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
• A restocking fee may apply to certain items, as noted on the product page.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@tadamedicalsupply.org with your order number.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Subscription & Auto-Reorder Shipping

Auto-reorder subscription deliveries follow the same shipping policy as standard orders. Orders over $49 ship free. You will receive tracking information via email before each scheduled delivery. You can adjust, skip, or cancel upcoming deliveries from your account or through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Ingestible Products Return Policy

Products classified as ingestible — including vitamins, protein supplements, meal replacements, and dietary supplements — are subject to the following return rules for health and safety reasons:

• Opened ingestible products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply.
• Damaged or incorrect ingestible items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
